Mga HERNANDEZ ang mayari ng Victory liner. i think you could file a case against the bus conductor for violation on animal cruelty. As for the victory liner company,unfortunately you couldnt go after the company itself, the only thing that you can do is file a grievance against the conductor for his negligence so that the company may serve the appropriate administrative sanction for the unacceptable incident that occured. Next time clear everything first before making your decision especially if the safety of your pet is at stake.
